Weekly Holiday Prices
All our cottages are let on a weekly basis from Friday to Friday throughout the year available from 3.00 p.m. on day of
arrival to 10.00 a.m. on day of departure.
The prices represent the weekly rental charge for each of our cottages starting on the dates shown in the left-hand column (Friday).
The price includes VAT & all gas & electricity, together with duvets & bed linen for all beds ( N.B. Cot linen is not provided ).
Towels & bathrobes are included in the price for Egton Bell. Towel hire is available for Sea View if required @ an additional rate of £3.00 per person per week.

Short Break Holiday Prices
Short breaks are available throughout the year, except in the high season.
a. Two night breaks are from Friday to Sunday (from 3.00 p.m.on Friday, departing upto 6.00 p.m. on Sunday).
These are priced at 55% of the weekly rates shown above.
b. Three night breaks are from Friday to Monday (from 3.00 p.m. on Friday, departing by 10. 00 a.m on Monday).
These are priced at 75% of the weekly rates shown above.
c. Four night breaks are from Monday to Friday (from 3.00 p.m. on Monday, departing by 10.00 a.m. on Friday).
These are also priced at 75% of the weekly rates shown above.
